- On or after November 1st, you will need to set up your payees and people to pay in the new online banking.
- Wire Transfers: Wire transfer requests may be submitted via online banking. Saved templates will need to be re-entered in the new online banking platform. Be sure to save them before October 31!
- Transaction History: For your convenience, the new online banking experience will have transaction history from the previous 90 days. Transaction images and statements will not be immediately available. Save any that you need before October 31.

New Mobile Banking
Faster mobile check deposits and a new streamlined user experience!
- Download our new mobile apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store starting November 1.

Streamlined Statements
Your TransPecos Banks statements are getting a facelift! Use your statement to review your recent transactions.
- Electronic Statements: When you set up digital banking on or after November 1, you will be asked to enroll in electronic statements, even if you were enrolled previously. Following the last day of each month, you can view and/or download your statement through online banking. You will receive a notification when statements are available.
- Past Statements: Past statements will not be available immediately after the upgrade. We will transfer over all statements from October 2021 to October 2024 before the end of the year. If you need statements prior to that time, download them from online banking before October 31, 2024.
- October Statement: Your October 31, 2024 statement will be sent via postal mail, even if you typically receive electronic statements. This is to ensure you have access to your statement during the online banking transition.

Loan Customers
You will need to enroll in digital banking twice: first to view your deposit accounts (checking/savings) and then separately to access your loan accounts.
If your loan payment is set to automatically draft from your checking account, no action is needed.
If you pay your loan through online banking, you will need to establish payment again through the new loan online banking portal. You will need to enter your routing number and account number to set up payments, even if the account is at TransPecos Banks.
