- Follow these steps:
- Enter your email address that is on file with us
- Click Forgot Password
- You will receive an email with a link within a few minutes
- Click the link in the email
- Create your password
- Login using your email address and new password
- Note: If you do not receive an email, try re-entering your email address in all caps.
- There is not a mobile app available for loans

How to get started for your checking, savings, CD, and IRA accounts

- Select an option for personal accounts:
- If you have all of your information, select the first option for automatic enrollment.
- If you have problems enrolling, select the second option (even if you have a SSN).
- If you are creating a business option, select the third option.
- Create your profile: Create your new Access ID, Passcode, and security questions
- Report missing accounts: If you cannot see all expected accounts, request access by clicking Services & Settings, then Add Account.
- Explore: Take a look at new features such as adding outside accounts from other banks, MySpending to make it easy to see where your money goes, and enhanced support options. Watch a demo here.
Note: The apps may not be immediately available in the app stores
Important Information
Take note of potential impacts to your digital banking experience
- Pay & Transfer: Your bill pay and account transfer details did not migrate to the new digital banking experience.
- Wire Transfers: Wire transfer requests may be submitted via online banking. You can re-enter the templates you saved from the previous online banking platform.
- Transaction History: For your convenience, you can see transaction history from the previous 90 days. Previous statements will be available in the coming weeks. Note: Not all transactions are immediately available. They will display by the end of the business day.
- Loan Accounts: You cannot view loan accounts in the same portal as deposit accounts. We will integrate
- Cash Management: Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) and ACH origination services are available. Contact platinumcare@transpecos.bank if you have not spoken with our team about transitioning these services.
