Dear Valued Customer:
As we celebrate 100 years of serving the Trans-Pecos region of West Texas, we continually strive to bring you the best in banking services. We are excited to inform you that we are in the process of upgrading our banking systems with the aim of providing outstanding service to you.
On October 31, 2024, we will begin an exciting upgrade to our banking systems. What this means for you:
- Brand new online and mobile banking experience
- Tap to pay using your new debit card
- Improved controls for businesses
- Additional features to come in the future
Our upgrade is scheduled to begin on Thursday, October 31, 2024. All branches will be closed on Friday, November 1 and we expect that activities will be back to normal by Monday, November 4, 2024.
After the conversion, we will resume our normal banking services. You may be impacted by these changes and could experience some brief delays in processing as we become accustomed to our new banking system. Please be assured that all necessary steps will be taken to ensure a smooth transition with minimum disruption to your banking services.
We will communicate impacts to you in the coming weeks. You will also hear from us in coming months as we introduce exciting new features.
We apologize for any inconvenience during this transition and thank you for your patience and understanding. This system upgrade is an investment in our commitment to you.
